Alejandro Rojas-Ochoa, M.S., LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
As a clinician I’m interested in working with individuals experiencing addiction, depression, anxiety, as well as existential concerns. I have worked with people from different backgrounds, sexual orientations, cultures, and religions, and have a special interest is in working with those seeking help for concerns related to any type of addiction.
My clinical training focuses on understanding the process by which addictions are formed, and how to provide the best help possible for those struggling with them. To achieve such goal, I use a counseling approach with a focus on the person, their life history, and the possible solutions to their different concerns.
My goal is to help the person regain the hope that was lost along the way, and for them to use such hope in living a meaningful life. I believe that only by understanding our past, and who we are because of it, can we truly live forward
