Experience

A counselor for over twenty years in the Orlando area, Bill Brislin enjoys helping individuals and couples reach their highest potential by removing obstacles to growth and healing. He has extensive experience with anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses, loss, and transition. He also treats individuals who have experienced abuse or other trauma.

 

Bill holds a B. Mus. in Music Therapy and a M.A. in Counseling from The Catholic University of America and an M.A. in Theology from the University of Notre Dame.

 

Bill Brislin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LHHC), is trained in EMDR, certified to practice clinical hypnosis, and to serve as a clinical supervisor.

Often your Behavioral Health or Mental Health benefits are administered by a company other than that which handles your medical insurance. Inquire regarding your specific benefit package for more information. Your Human Resources Department can assist you in utilizing your Employee Assistance (EAP) benefits.

If you are uncertain about anything or do not wish to disclose in writing, leave that item blank and you can discuss it with your therapist.

 

Release of Information Form

If you are an existing client and have requested that information be shared with a third party on your behalf, you will be asked to complete the following form in the office. If you make the request between sessions, you can print out the form below, and FAX it to Bill Brislin, LMHC at (407) 282-0552. A copy should also be provided to the other person if they serve you in a professional capacity.
