Over my years of experience of helping people get better, I have grown accustomed to watching the distress of immediate or long standing problems reduce or resolve. It is freshly gratifying to observe those I work with feel better about themselves and more easily capable in dealing with the issues life brings.

One of the brief therapies, this form of therapeutic intervention works naturally and comfortably with the Alpha level of the mind. Cognitive-Behavioral therapy and Clinical Hypnosis are used together routinely to strengthen the effect of the other. Anticipate being more in control and with fewer struggles. Expect homework assignments.

Cheryl A. Malone, M.A., Licensed Mental Health Counselor, began her active private practice in 1990, in Orlando, Florida. While deepening her expertise in Clinical Hypnosis, Cheryl served on the Board of Directors of the state association, the Florida Society of Clinical Hypnosis for fourteen years. A member of the national association, the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, Cheryl earned her certification before achieving the level of Consultant. Recognizing the importance of cross-education between the traditional medical community and alternative medicine, now integrated medicine, Cheryl was a guest speaker for six years for last semester nursing students at the University of Central Florida. Daily, Cheryl uses her hypnotic healing expertise to assist others with their individual healing goals, initially for relief, and then for change.
